From the exclusion of Pasalidis to the exclusion of N. Michaloliakos

Alexis Tsipras is a…worthy successor of the “Council of the Crown”​

 

Today, Monday the 9th of January 2017, the prime minister of the country invited in private meeting, in order to discuss about the national issue of Cyprus, all the political leaders except for the leader of GOLDEN DAWN Comrade N. Michaloliakos.

 

Before the 21st April of 1967, when there was a major national issue, the King was calling for the Council of the Crown, in which participated the leaders of the political parties and the former prime ministers. 

 

We present from the wonderful column “FILISTOR” of Mr. Katsigeras of the newspaper “KATHIMERINI” a text about a conference of the crown, which took place at the 1st of September 1965 and was referring to the political crisis of that time:

 

“MICHALIS N. KATSIGERAS, 49 years ago, 2.IX.1965, COUNCIL OF THE CROWN: Among the eight political leaders and the former prime ministers that talked during the yesterday conference of the Council of the Crown, responding to the call of King Konstantinos, they voted for the formation of a political Government within the Parliament, by excluding the elections. The elections were demanded solely by Mr. Georgios Papandreou, who considered as concession the fact that he accepted the dissolution of the Parliament at the first week of November and the election to take place during December, and Mr. Stylianos Gonatas, who, even though supported the formation of a transitional Government, he reported that the vote of the Parliament is indispensable. (Note: In the Council of the Crown were called the prime minister Ilias Tsirimokos, all the former prime ministers, and among the political leaders who have not been prime ministers, only Spyros Markezinis, since the chairman of EDA, Ioannis Pasalidis, had been excluded.)”…

 

As you read above, the chairman of the left political party, EDA, Ioannis Pasalidis was excluded from the Council of the Crown. The head of the GOLDEN DAWN, Comrade Nikolaos Michaloliakos is excluded from the “council of the crown” of Alexis Tsipras, in 2017! 

 

The regime of the so called “constitutional platform”, which excludes the political party of the Greek Nationalists, GOLDEN DAWN, has taken the place of severe anticommunist regime that used to exclude the head of the left wing! Despite these all, they continue to pretend the “democrats”, but they have no difference with those that used to send them in the exiles and the prisons…
