Golden Dawn and ELAM paid tribute to the EOKA struggle - Photos
In the presence of hundreds of nationalists E.LA.M. honoured the E.O.K.A. struggle. The event took place to a hotel in Larnaca, on Friday the 31st of March.
Special guests were the MEPs of Golden Dawn, Mr. Sinadinos and Mr. Epitidios.
The cycle of speeches started with General Epitidios who referred to the struggle of E.O.K.A. and invited the audience to join the National People's Front. He added that with determination and courage the Victory is ours.
Mr. Linos Papayiannis, MP of E,LAM., ( Ammochostos- Famagusta), made an extensive reference to the parliamentary work that carries the Nationalist Movement and especially the fuss caused by the amendment to the Unionist Referendum that E.LA.M. had proposed.
The next speaker was, MEP, Giorgos Sinadinos. The General referred to the E.O.K.A. struggle as well as to the Hellenic revolution of 1821 making comparison by a caustic way to Anastasiades government and to the major political parties of Cyprus.
The cycle of speeches ended, the President of E.LA.M. , MP, Christos Christou, (Lefcosia). He urged everyone to stay close to the Nationalist Movement and he assured that our struggle will succeed. Christou thanked the MEPs for their presence and for their action in favor of Cyprus.
Then the fighter of EOKA, Karaolis and children, recited poems composed by the Organization of the fighters of 1955-59
