Homage to the Warriors of Salamis: Solely Golden Dawn honored the Immortal Heroes of our Nation- A warm welcome from the residents! Photography, Video

At Saturday, in 28th of September the Region Unit of Piraeus, led by the MP elected in Piraeus Giannis Lagos, the Secretary of the Local Association in Salamis and member of the central Committee Papadimitriou Michalis and a great number of Comrades, participated in the events for the celebration of the anniversary of the Battle of Salamis, which takes place from the 25th of September until the 29th of September 2016 under the auspices of the Municipality of Salamis. 
At Saturday, in 28th of September the Region Unit of Piraeus, led by the MP elected in Piraeus Giannis Lagos, the Secretary of the Local Association in Salamis and member of the central Committee Papadimitriou Michalis and a great number of Comrades, participated in the events for the celebration of the anniversary of the Battle of Salamis, which takes place from the 25th of September until the 29th of September 2016 under the auspices of the Municipality of Salamis. 
The Tomb of Salaminian Fighters is placed in the north cost of Cynosure, facing the maritime area, where took place the historical battle of Salamis, at 480 B.C. The adversaries were, from the one side, the fleet of the allied forces of Greeks, counting 370 ships –half of them Athenian-and from the other side, the fleet of Persians (according to Herodotus, about 1207 ships).  
The rigorous presence of Golden Dawn made once again a great impression, followed by the enthusiasm and the applauses of the citizens who participated in the event. The citizens, who approached the MP elected in Piraeus and declared “we stand with you, all the rest are thieves and liars”, were countless.
Equally evident was the absence of all the other MPs of the “constitutional wing”, including the national mongering MPs of ND, of ANEL and the rest so called right parties, who only during the election period recall the history of this Nation.
Off course, the anti-Greek government was also absent, since she will probably search for “investments”, in order to sell off the Tomb and throw away the remaining bones of the Heroes, following the actions of the governments of ND and PASOK. 
 
The members of New Democracy and SYRIZA do not even dare to approach the monument, considering the –indeed astonishing- fact that the Tomb, which administratively belongs to Piraeus Port Authority, will be privatized the following days by HRADF (Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund) –a provision signed by everyone except for Golden Dawn. So, whoever private citizen takes charge of the PPA, will also be able to exploit the area where in 480 B.C. took place the most known battleship in global history.
The Tomb of the Salaminian Fighter was presented as propriety of limited liability company “ARCADIA” and for decades uncontrollable industrial activities occurred in the area, even though this Tomb has been characterized as archaeological zone.
GOLDEN DAWN, devoted to the vision of the demonstration of the entire archaeological heritage of the country, with “Greek Dawn for Attica” being the spearhead, will continue to press for the expropriation of the entire area, aspiring the construction of a majestic monument that will remain in history for thousand years. A monument that will attire annually thousands of schools and millions of tourists.
