N. G. Michaloliakos at Bankingnews: It is impossible for Syriza to regain his power, he won’t reach a solution for the debts

In no political scenario SYRIZA can recover, since he is caged in a vicious circle of political decay and he will de facto remain trapped, according to Nikos Michaloliakos, the Leader of Golden Dawn, in an interview at bankingnews.gr

SYRIZA is trapped between a severe memorandum, an upcoming 4th memorandum and PASOK which constitutes the main source of voters for SYRIZA.

-How does Nikos Michaloliakos evaluate the fiasco regarding the legislation of Pappas and the recent developments about the Greek National Radio and Television Council (ESR)?

The law of Pappas was timely voted down by Golden Dawn, given the fact that it was simply unconstitutional, in accordance with the resolution of the Council of State. The most impressive part, though, is the fact that ESR functions since 1989, when the first channels began their broadcast. ESR constitutes the responsible institution for the channels. How many owners legally acquired licenses in order to broadcast all these years? No one.

We even reached the point where two political parties, which have gained and sold channels for million euros, participate in the relevant investigation commissions. I refer to the chairman of Centrists Union, V. Leventis, who occupied a television station and to KKE that sold his channel to off shore companies.

The legislation of Pappas was naturally considered as unconstitutional, since it did not defend the transparency, while he offered the chance to wealthy businessmen to gain television licenses, without any criteria. The entire process of this legislation, apart from unconstitutional, was also inacceptable.

-Which will be the disposition of Golden Dawn regarding the Radio and Television Council, in the Conference of Presidents?

The composition of the members of the Conference of Presidents is undeniably paradoxical. Golden Dawn, the third political party in the Parliament is represented by only 1 member, out of the 21 members, while, on the other hand, the 4th or 5th party are represented by 2 members, because they have elected vice-presidents.

-Will Golden Dawn vote in favor of Byron Polydoras, regarding the Radio and Television Council?

I cannot present the disposition of Golden Dawn before the conference. We will proceed according to the institutional procedure.
