N. G. Michaloliakos at “Parapolitika”: A Nationalistic wind changes Europe

The Secretary General of People’s Association, Nikolaos G. Michaloliakos offered an interview at the journalist Dimitris Giannakopoulos regarding the geopolitical developments after the election of Trump, the rise of the nationalistic movements in Europe and the intolerable situation that prevails in Greece, because of the invasion of thousands of illegal immigrants.

Golden Dawn predicts the restoration of the international geopolitical map, the reduction of the imperialistic wars and of the refugee problem, financial counterpoise and the return to the real economy for the damaged by crisis nations, after the victory of Donald Trump at the elections.

 

“We do not consider him as an angel, who came to earth in order to solve the problems, but he is at least better than the technocrats of the political system of United States, who led people to this state. We have no relations with him, neither do we believe that D. Trump can save Greece. Greece can only be saved by Greeks.” Nikos Michaloliakos states at “P”. 

 

Remarking the result of the recent elections to the other side of Atlantic, he estimates that a new state is being created, with the radical turn of the citizens to the patriotic and nationalistic political parties. And this is clear by the decision of British to exit from the European Union, of Hungarians who accepted the leadership of V. Orban and the decision of French to support Marine Le Pen. In the meantime two significant elections will take place. The first has a Referendum character, in Italy, for the socialist Matteo Renzi, who has stated that he will resign, if the “no” prevails. The second will take place in Austria, with the repeating of the national elections, where the far-right party had lost, because of doubtful votes (according to Justice).

 

CHANCE. Is this the chance for a change? “I believe it is” answers Mr. Michaloliakos and continues: “Trump and Putin seem to be able to have a communication. The approach of both sides will be constructive. If SYRIZA government understands that the global political landscape changes rapidly, then in his remaining time in power, he will be able to create the conditions of a positive outcome. If only it liberates itself by its obsessions and this administrative disrepute.”

 

In any case, Golden Dawn estimates that “the country is in need of a National Leadership, of real patriots, as we watch this happening in all the great states”. He talks about “a nationalistic wind, who sweeps throughout Europe, against the loan-sharks of the globalization”. The approach of Golden Dawn towards the case of “Trump” is related with the social and economic situation of USA the last years: “During the election campaign, Donald Trump confronted the financial trusts, the banks, the systems that repressed whoever defended the will of the people.”

 

According to Mr. Michaloliakos, the new president of USA will promptly apply an economic protectionism to the American products and will essentially reduce the imports from China, reinforcing the indigenous primary and secondary sector. “He immediately stated that he does not care about wars in Northern Africa or in Middle East. Solely from the reduction of the arms expenditure, he will save resources towards the reinforcement”, he reports. He specifies the fact that D. Trump is an authentic American business man, who “created a fortune not with intangible funds or the “casinos” of the markets, but with the real-estate”. 

 

Relatively to Hilary Clinton he resonates the real needs of his people, “this is why he was voted by Americans of the poor states, traditionally inclined to the Republican Party.” Mr. Michaloliakos uses harsh words regarding the disposition of Greek politicians, who urged to support Hilary, being unable to perceive the needs of the American nation, but also keep secret the fact that the candidate of Democrats was a strong supporter of the war in Syria. 

As for the recent visit of Barak Obama to our country, the Secretary General of Golden Dawn believes that “it is not that significant, since he did not make any engagements. Maybe things would be different, if Hilary Clinton was elected, but then again, he would not bring something different, other than wishes and exhortations.”

 

“The scattered hot spots sink our country” 

 

Golden Dawn, given the tragic facts of the last days with the incidents at the hosting centers of refugees and immigrants, reports that the situation at hot spots has become uncontrollable. “Underage (if they really are, well that is another story) attack their compatriots and attempt to rape young girls. And the case is about when these incidents become apparent outside of the walls of hot spots. The only thing we can do is to awake the residents, close to these hosting centers.” 

 

About this issue, Mr. Michaloliakos charges a strong attack against the government, clarifying that their disposition is not only anti-Hellenic, but also cruel. 

 

“These hideous images, with the foreigners dying in the snow, have no impact to the hearts and the emotions of Greeks. And this situation is signed by Tsipras and the allegedly leftists.” And continues: “The throng of unemployed are multiplied and hundreds of Greeks depart outside, while our population is progressively being replaced by illegal invaders, a factor that completes this national disaster, which –combined with the demographic problem- constitutes a bomb in the foundations of our nation. Our homeland is literally sunk with these scattered hot spots, while our islands have received the greatest impact, along with the main urban centers, which abandoned by the governors are in the mercy of whoever jihadist.
