Remembering the 28th of October. Day of National Resistance (VIDEO)

28/10/2015 22:32

The 28th of October is known in Greece and among Greeks of the Diaspora as the day when the Greek people refused to be occupied by Italy and successfully stopped the invasion of the Italian Army during the second world war.

This event has been one of the most distorted among the international userers that rule Greece today. It is constantly marketed in schools as a “Victory of Democracy over Fascism”, pretending as if the current corrupt social democrats were the ones to achieve this.

The hidden secret that the Greek Schoolteachers hide from children, is that it was Ioannis Metaxas and the 4th of August Regime, that stopped the invasion. It was their Social and Nationalist ideology that prepared it for such a resistance. Not only did they prepare the resistance but most of the labor laws and worker protections that had been introduced in Greece were not put in place by social democrats, but rather the Metxas regime and what these people today would call “Fascist”.

The above video shows the reforms that were implemented under Metaxas. Ironically, most Greek schoolchildren and even adults today believe it was PASOK and New Democracy that gave them these rights.  Although now of course, the social democrats have shown what theives they really are. This is why they go out of their way to hide the truth about Metaxas.
